With over 25 years of experience directing clinical operations and regularly spearheading accreditations/audits through tactical mentorship and training, Ewa’s capabilities are bolstered by a strong foundation of experience in effective leadership from a client and employee approach.
Ewa Podlacha has held positions such as: VP of Accreditation and Compliance/Regional Director, VP of Clinical Operations, Regional VP of Clinical Operations, and Quality Improvement, Accreditation, and Infection Control Coordinator. Through her years of holding these positions, Ewa has acquired extensive and nuanced knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, variety of budgeting scales, maintaining a high-standard of care, policies/protocols, and National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) and American Correctional Association (ACA) requirements.
